The Levtech Smart Automated Fuel Management System is a solution designed for internal fuel filling stations, enabling secure, real-time tracking of every refueling event. The product consists of a system controller and a browser-based platform, working together to manage, authorize, and monitor fuel dispensing. It uses RFID cards (also touch keys) and logs detailed data by both driver and vehicle. There is no vehicle limit – the system works with unlimited vehicles. The controller supports two single-sided or one double-sided fuel dispenser and is compatible with all major brands. Suitable for handling various liquids, such as fuel, AdBlue or oils. Thanks to the integrated software, users can access fuel usage reports, monitor tank level remotely, and even export consumption data for existing ERP systems. It’s ideal for fleet fuel management across logistics, agriculture, and construction, helping companies reduce fuel waste and improve operational efficiency.

Our system combines a physical device with a platform to provide complete, real-time visibility into fuel delivery, consumption, and storage.
It collects data directly from fuel pumps, tanks, and uses an RFID card or touch key system to track vehicles and drivers, enabling companies to optimize their fuel usage and management.

Our system consists the following:
– Hardware-Based System (Controller + Hardware):A physical Fuel Management Device designed to accurately track fuel delivery,consumption, and storage at the source (including RFID cards or touch keys).
– Software-Based System: A digital platform for real-time monitoring of fuel usage by vehicle and driver, tracking consumption pattern, fuel timing, and providing further analytics.

We kunnen de niveaumeter op PetroVend en Veeder Root protocol of analoge ingang aansluiten. Je hoeft geen software of applicatie te installeren, de software en de database zitten in het product en je hebt er toegang toe via je internetbrowser, je telefoon of laptop. Het is niet cloud-gebaseerd, je hoeft geen maandelijkse kosten te betalen om dit product te gebruiken. Rapporten filteren en exporteren is heel eenvoudig en gebruiksvriendelijk. Je kunt het vanaf je telefoon doen, downloaden naar .csv en naar je boekhouding sturen.
