Standard Repair
Standard electronics repairs take 1 to 6 weeks. This varies depending on the scope of the repair, and the parts required to resolve your faulty equipment. Once repaired, your device will be tested and returned with a repair warranty. Warranty varies by device and extent of repair.
24-Hour Express Repair
Express repairs are completed within 24 hours from receiving your electronics and shipped the next business day (M-F). Express services cost approx. 30-50% more than standard repair rates. If the repair is too complex or specialty parts need to be ordered and we fail to meet our 24-hour turnaround, Standard Repair rates are applied.
Exchange Repair
We keep refurbished industry devices in stock, which are available for purchase or exchange. Exchange your device to minimize downtime, or simply purchase a refurbished alternative instead of waiting for your device to be repaired. Exchanged parts reparation, however, costs 15-25% more than Standard Repair.
