Understanding the Limit Value Switch LSP-LVS
Versatility and Operation
The LSP-LVS model of the Limit Value Switch, otherwise Analog Limit Switch provides a versatile solution similar to a traditional mechanical limit switch. Its unique feature is that it operates on analog electrical signals rather than mechanical motions. The device accommodates the standard 0-10 V or 0(4)-20 mA input types, enabling you to select the type based on your domestic or industrial needs.
Configuration and Process Automation
A highlight of this limit value switch is its flexibility in configuration. You can set the input type and limit values, which control the activation and deactivation of relays. The device’s WiFi communication feature allows easy adjustments to these settings, making it a key player in seamless Process Automation.
Output and Voltage Range
We designed the LSP-LVS model with two outputs that can function independently as Normally Open or Normally Closed. The output relays can manage up to 2A, offering an efficient way to regulate machinery or other equipment. Additionally, the switch can handle both DC and AC voltage, supporting up to 220VDC and 250VAC, thereby enhancing its application range.
User Interface and Power Supply
We integrated the limit switch with a web user interface to enhance user convenience. You can access this interface from any WiFi-enabled device, so you don’t need to install additional applications. Further, the device operates within an 18-30VDC power supply range, ensuring consistent performance across various power supplies. The device’s compatibility with the industrial standard 24V becomes especially advantageous when positioning it near a PLC.

The LSP-LVS Advantage
If you need a reliable Limit value Switch capable of handling diverse input types and offering precise system control, the LSP-LVS model is an ideal solution. With its blend of advanced features such as user-friendly configuration options, robust relay switching, and an accessible web user interface, this Analog Sensor and Limit Switch will not only meet your specific requirements but also exceed your expectations in a wide variety of applications.
Example of wiring to control a pressure regulator valve that opens or closes the valve based on a 4-20mA active output sensor signal. The tap is 230V, so for safety reasons a load relay must be incorporated into the circuit. As shown in this diagram, when OUT2 is active the controller closes the tap, when OUT1 is active it opens the tap:
