Fuel Management System

The Levtech Smart Automated Fuel Management System is a solution designed for internal fuel filling stations, enabling secure, real-time tracking of every refueling event. The product consists of a system controller and a browser-based platform, working together to manage, authorize, and monitor fuel dispensing. It uses RFID cards (also touch keys) and logs detailed data by both driver and vehicle. There is no vehicle limit – the system works with unlimited vehicles. The controller supports two single-sided or one double-sided fuel dispenser and is compatible with all major brands. Suitable for handling various liquids, such as fuel, AdBlue or oils. Thanks to the integrated software, users can access fuel usage reports, monitor tank level remotely, and even export consumption data for existing ERP systems. It’s ideal for fleet fuel management across logistics, agriculture, and construction, helping companies reduce fuel waste and improve operational efficiency.

What is the Levtech Fuel Management System?

We have designed the best fuel management system for small internal stations!

Our system combines a physical device with a platform to provide complete, real-time visibility into fuel delivery, consumption, and storage. It collects data directly from fuel pumps, tanks, and uses an RFID card or touch key system to track vehicles and drivers, enabling companies to optimize their fuel usage and management.

Our system consists the following:
Hardware-Based System (Controller + Hardware):A physical Fuel Management Device designed to accurately track fuel delivery, consumption, and storage at the source (including RFID cards or touch keys).
Software-Based System: A digital platform for real-time monitoring of fuel usage by vehicle and driver, tracking consumption pattern, fuel timing, and providing further analytics.

Key Benefits of Our Fleet Fuel Management System

We offer an easy to use software solution for monitoring fuel consumption. It`s time to leave the outdated paper-based tracking behind!

Our system provides an incredibly simple application method:the user interface is accessible via the internal network or Wi-Fi by connecting to the device through a web interface, which can be used from a phone, tablet, or computer. No additional application or software installation is required,as the interface can be accessed through any browser within the local network. For custom requirements, the system can be integrated with existing ERP systems, making it easy to incorporate into the company’s digital workflows.

The system helps drive cost savings and operational efficiency by offering real-time monitoring, automated alerts, and analytics. By closely tracking fuel usage and consumption patterns through a single interface, businesses can easily identify and eliminate wasteful practices while optimizing their operations.

Our Fuel Management device enhances fuel security and to gain full control over any liquid management.

Through our device possible to track the usage of any type of liquid – including fuel, AdBlue, and more – with enhanced security and precision. Using RFID cards or touch keys, the system ensures that only authorized vehicle/driver can dispense the fuel or other liquids, significantly reducing the risks of theft and fraud – which are major concerns for many companies. Accurate tracking enables to quickly identify and address any discrepancies in fuel levels.

Our control unit is compatible with any fuel dispenser counter via a pulse module and can manage two single-sided or one double-sided fuel pump.
